Back in towards the end of 2010, Capital Care Slingerlands Family Medicine created a new business: Capital Care Family MedEsthetics. They approached me to see if I could design a website that reflected the business. It was both a medical facility while being geared to a spa/salon. I stayed with textured earthy tones to emanate the tranquil qualities associated with a spa, while staying professional and adding in pale purples to balance out.
Eileen had a website that was extremely outdated. What Eileen needed was not just an update but an entire remodeling of her website. She asked me to tear down and rebuild from the ground up and that is exactly what we did.
Terry wanted a website for his life coaching business. After working through a number of color schemes, we settled on a turquoise, earthy green, and a vibrant sunny orange which I felt imbued optimization and success, two feelings life coaching should express.
MacCana's website was once a one page, lackluster thing and they were looking to do a whole new redesign, while keeping the same logo and group image. After designing a number of drafts, it was decided that sticking with the theme of the already-published CD cover, Anon was preferred. The design is a simple black design with only a golden stripe across the top, still I am very happy with how it turned out.
Schoolhouse Road Pediatrics is a locally-owned medical practice that never had an online presence. They sought to build one from the ground up. I provided step-by-step assistance in purchasing a suitable domain name, providing hosting and maintenance, as well as designing a website that was both adult and child friendly; perfect for the office of a pediatrician!
Restaurants usually follow a pretty straight-forward organization. This doesn't mean they have to be dull. Given it's Italian-style offerings, the client agreed to earthy tones with burgundy highlights using their already exhisting logo with a sidebar navigation and javascript responsive menu.
This is personal work that I have created for either myself or for friends.
